X Dog Inc. Schaefer's Pro Canine Training

We put our "walter" boxer through his 20 day training, looking to get some help with PULLING and loose leash walking and just overall some training in general. From the first meeting with Tory we were very comfortable using him and his crew for training. After the 20 days we have had walter home and it is amazing how the training has worked, Walter stays within the hula hoop when you walk and he responds to our daily training that we are keeping up with. We will continue to work with them in training.

He stole my money. He had my two dogs for 10 days and was supposed to work on 6 skills. I paid him around $1600 and my dogs were no different at pick up from when I dropped them off. I was also not aware that at pick up he was going to teach me how to train my dog for over three hours. I was under the understanding that my dogs would have least been given the frame work they needed and were taught the skills they needed. All he did was board my dogs and did nothing else. My dogs were not any different at pick up. DO NOT USE XDOG BECAUSE HE WILL NOT DO AS PROMISED OR ADVERTISED. OVER CHARGED FOR SERVICE PERFORMED. Also on website it says he will give updates and videos are available and they are not. He is difficult to get a hold of and does not respond. If responds he is unprofessional and rude.
