Rude trainer that could use some classes herself...charm classes. My puppy was between a small and medium collar...since he is a hound and not easily trained like her Shepard. When my puppy slipped his collar she threatened that her Shepard will make sure that will never happen again. I don't appreciated the belittle-ling and threatening comments from someone who is in need of a personality adjustment herself.
The puppy school teacher was a decent trainer but lacks in people skills...wasn’t a great or enjoyable experience.
