I signed up for a year-long training package, but after a few months, I became deeply concerned about the treatment of my dog. When I raised my concerns with Otto, he stopped responding. I had to take legal action to get a refund. After I pursued legal action, a video surfaced online showing a dog being abused by one of the trainers at the facility. Unfortunately, I’m not alone — a quick search on CCAP will show other dog owners who have faced similar situations. I believe potential customers should be aware of these experiences before deciding on this trainer.
We have been going here for 6 years and are very happy. They communicate well and answer our questions.
This place gets dogs. They train, board and daycare at the highest level. My rescue dog had some behavior problems and I feel that I went to the right place to correct and train this new owner. This new owner/dog relationship is off on the right foot/paw!!
