You and Your Dog Training & Services

I highly recommend You and Your Dog Training to everyone I know. I spoked to different training facilities and all were so pushy to pay for expensive training packages, leaving my dog for training with strangers or using training methods that I did not agree with. My phone consultation with Ashley was how I knew I found the right fit. She spent more time than she agreed to during the call and highly recommended I take the time to research training facilities/methods before committing. It was the first conversation I did'nt feel pressured and could tell she cared so much about what she does. My dog Suzie and I participated in private sessions after I adopted her early this year. She was basically a naughty 2 year old who needed structure and I needed desparetly to understand what she needed and vise versa. I needed help! and Ashley was there for us. Our conversations, our sessions, her emails were so thorough and she gave us so much more of her time than anyone else would have. Thank you so much Ashley and we look forward to more sessions and classes in the future to continue building my bond with Suzie and building her confidence!

We love going to You & Your Dog training! I love the variety of training options that they provide between the workshops and all the different classes. I've taken a few of the one hour workshops and just completed a Precision Heeling class. My daughter and I had so much fun learning all about heeling, Ashley is so knowledgeable, patient, and always thoroughly answers any questions. We look forward to taking more classes here in the future!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Ashley and the services she provides. She is incredible and her knowledge about dogs and different training techniques is off the charts! She makes any training exercises with your dog fun and interesting! We have a pup that has anxiety and nervousness and the training sessions we had with Ashley have been absolutely amazing and we can see such positive change in Penny already! We brought our corgi puppy for a group puppy class and learned so much! Ashley is amazing at breaking down each behavior into small learning 'chunks', customizing the reinforcement for each dog, and is a wealth of knowledge even on behaviors outside of those commands we learned in class. We especially loved how she discussed the natural instincts of the dogs and how that plays into what we are trying to train them to do. If you have a dog or puppy that needs better 'manners' or just needs a great foundation, we highly recommend You and Your Dog Training!
