About Yuruani Olguin Dog Training
Yuruani Olguin is the founder of Yuruani Olguin Dog Training, Inc. She has worked extensively with clients throughout New York City, helping build relationships based on mutual respect and understanding. Yuruani is CPDT-KA certified and her training is based on force-free techniques, taking into account all aspects of each individual dog’s situation, including breed, background, temperament and, very importantly, household environment. Yuruani is also a Certified Separation Anxiety Trainer (CSAT). She specializes in working with clients whose dogs suffer from separation anxiety through a humane systematic desensitization protocol. Her goal is to help dogs and their humans live a happy and healthy life together.

Yuruani was so knowledgeable, she truly cares and it shows! We loved having her train our rescue dog. She was patient and had a lesson plan for each visit. We enjoyed getting to know her throughout our sessions ! Highly highly recommend for any training needs

We worked with Sana for in-home training as she helped us with our Italian Greyhound puppy. We live in a one-bedroom apartment in Manhattan and had never had a puppy in the city before, so we were eager to get some guidance on how best to train our energetic, mischievous, and sometimes overwhelming new addition to the family. Sana immediately set our minds at ease and quickly helped us with training our puppy. She was calm, reassuring, direct, and extremely professional. Her lessons taught us how to understand the needs of our dog, how to respond, and how to resolve any distressing behavior with positive reinforcement and thoughtful communication. Sana was always available to answer questions via email or phone and Yuruani herself took several calls with us to address some of our concerns about our dog's behavior. We are better dog "parents" and our puppy has been happier and healtheir since we've worked with Sana and Yuruani. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for any training needs you may have.
Sana saved my training experience with a “difficult” puppy. Moody absolutely adores her! Sana’s training strategies have been customized for his personality and highly successful.
