Zack's Pack Dog Training

Our recently adopted 70-pound, 15-month Golden Retriever was skittish and pulled like a freight train. After training with Zack, Ruby now demonstrates a range of behavioral commands, including loose-leash walking, and we learned skills to manage her better. Zack came to our sessions with specific goals in mind. He demonstrated the specific skill and provided coaching as we practiced it. Zack is very knowledgeable and loves what he does. Working with Zack has been a highlight of dog ownership for me! I have owned 6 dogs and never been through any training. Stella, my newest fur kid, was impossible to walk due to her leash reactivity. I met Zack through a friend and was able to participate in some of her sessions with him. I was hooked and so was Stella! We signed up for 6 sessions to focus on leash reactivity. Zack was always: punctual, accessible, patient and a great listener. He adapted to every obstacle we had. He was fun to work with! We accomplished my goal and I now have a happy, well behaved dog that I can enjoy on neighborhood walks and social settings. My program was an investment in being a responsible dog owner. We are so thankful that Zack was recommended to us when we adopted our rescue Daisy. I can't say enough good things about Zack's Pack K9. I adopted a year old German Shepherd with no previous training. Over the course of the off leash program, I watched him transform into the dog I've always dreamed of having. He went from dragging me around the neighborhood to walking nicely by my side (on and off leash), being fearful in new environments to being confident and attentive, and from chaos in the house to understanding boundaries and calmly sitting in "place" while people are over. Zack is not only amazing with animals, but is very patient teaching you all you need to know and making you feel supported along the way. I also grew in my own confidence as Zack worked with us and gave me the tools I needed to continue training even after our program. Our goal is to pursue a search and rescue career and Zack went above and beyond to give us a solid foundation.
