It is no exaggeration to say that Austin is a miracle worker who changed our lives. We rescued a working line German Shepherd (Otto) from a background of extreme abuse, and he struggled with severe aggression toward both people and other animals. We honestly weren't sure if he could ever safely navigate the world. Today, he is a completely different dog. The transformation is nothing short of amazing—he has gone from a place of deep fear and aggression to a dog who genuinely loves people and wants to play with other pets. Seeing him happy, relaxed, and amazing around others is something we never thought possible. If you have a 'tough case' or a dog with a difficult past, Austin is the expert you need; his talent is truly unmatched. My only tip for new clients is to be patient with the administrative side, as communication and scheduling can be a bit slow. He is clearly a very busy expert who puts his full focus on the dogs in his care, and for results this life-changing, he is absolutely worth the wait!
