Austin is a great trainer. He cares about your dogs and doesn’t just train for the money. He is willing to listen to you, and treat your dogs like they are his own. He is also dedicated to training the owner, not just the dog. He makes sure that you have the right tools to be successful when he is not there. He will go out of his way to make sure you WILL succeed. Best and positive experiences every time we meet up for training. Wouldn’t want any other trainer! Thanks for all that you do!

Austin was so wonderful with our pup she stayed at his home for 6 weeks, although it was tough for us to see her the training definitely paid off. Sophie loved Austin and his dog Mateo. I would highly recommend him to anyone who are having any issues with there dog!!!! Austin sets Zero to Hero apart from any other dog trainer in the business because it is more than a business to him. Training and working with dogs is his passion and he is excellent at it! When Austin explains and demonstrates his training philosophy you quickly realize it applies the same to raising children and life in general. Austin makes it fun and rewarding for your dog, the absolute best way to make the training stick. It is then, of course, up to you to carry it over day-to-day with your dog at home. Our dog Wallie is an 18-month-old very, very active good hearted but unmanageable Malinois who wanted to play constantly, couldn’t be walked on a leash, etc. Austin instructed us on how to be better owners and manage and harness Wallie’s energy. And it worked! Austin took Wallie for a month and trained him to be proficient with one-word commands and he is a joy. Thanks Austin, Amen and everyone at Zero to Hero.

I highly recommend Austin’s training. He cares about the dog AND YOU, believing both need to succeed in the training. Austin boarded Gamin, my 6-year-old independent terrier with unpredictable behavior issues. In just 6 weeks he created a much calmer, confident, reliable, obedient, happy dog that loves his training. Before boarding, among other issues, I couldn’t walk Gamin with my brother’s sensitive Collie, Lincoln. Gamin would unexpectedly snap at Lincoln, and Lincoln would then want nothing to do with Gamin or the walk, preferring to just go back to the car and home. During boarding we met for a test run with the dogs – succeeding on them finally getting along together. Austin takes as much time as needed to make sure he answers all your questions and that you are comfortable with the follow up training. Austin is a great guy and trainer.
