Zippity Do Dog Training and Behavior Modification

I have worked with Lee for about a year now and it has been an amazing experience! She took the time to meet with my dog, Finley, at our home and made us feel very comfortable from the start. We began with private sessions and as she saw Finley progressing she slowly introduced other dogs into our sessions, until we ended up having weekly classes! I cannot even explain the difference that my fiance and I have seen in our dog in just the year that we have worked with Lee. Finley is a 4 year old goldendoodle that was attacked by 2 dogs when he was about 1 1/2 and ever since then he has become very reactive to any and all dogs that he didn't know before the attack. It was almost impossible to take him on walks as he would bark, pull and go crazy at the sight or noise of another dog. Lee has given us so many strategies that we incorporate into our daily life to help Finley and us feel less anxious when we are out in public. Finley made such great progress that he even became a demo dog for Lee, I never thought that would be possible!! We cannot wait to continue our training with Lee because she is so knowledgeable, truly has a passion for the wellbeing of dogs and is always learning herself. I 100% recommend Zippity Do Dog Training and Behavior Modification!

Do not recommend. Inconsistent. Lack of communication. Multiple no call no shows. Seemly didnt realize that we were paying for a service and was never provided a consistent training schedule. Lee is a nice person, but she has too much on her plate to make some clients a priority. Had to cancel business early due to a month of no training sessions and constant cancellations. Lastly there was no apology for the lack of service or unprofessionalism that was shown.

I recently worked with Lee for my puppy Bernie who was having difficulty walking on a leash and being over reactive towards cars and seeing other dogs on walks. Lee’s approach was so kind and gentle and she really took the time to explain why Bernie was having these reactions and the science behind alleviating her stress and fears about these things. Lee gave us fun interactive games to play to help Bernie associate positive feelings towards these triggers rather than negative ones. Her tips have really helped and I am so thankful to her and her wisdom for helping my little Bernie overcome these obstacles. If you are looking for help with her pup she is definitely the person to call!!
