Kennedi is such a great trainer!! We've been going here for about two months now, and I still learn new things every time we go. Any time we bring our puppy (8 months) out and about, I am reminded of how valuable this training is. She is still a puppy, but people are shocked when they learn her age because she's so well behaved for how young she is. It's hard work, but thanks to to zoom room, we have all the skills we need to be successful and still more to learn every time.

Zoom Room Plano is the best! I can’t say enough about the quality of the facility and the helpfulness of the staff. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable. My dog gets so excited when we pull up at Zoom Room. It’s been great for both of us - so much fun! We’ve made new friends—both human and canine—and agility training has made Lily more fit and has deepened our bond.

The Zoom Room has been a fantastic place to bring our puppy for training. They offer a variety of trainings and have a fun, inclusive atmosphere. We started off with 10 classes and quickly burned through them!

People are friendly, they will work with you to get your pet in. I am giving them a 2 bc the app doesn’t work or supported. When your pass expires there’s no notifications, calls or anything to let me know. I felt cheated bc I have 3 passes left. If I knew I would have tried to go more often or get someone to take her due to my medical reasons. Sad but ugh money wasted.
