So overjoyed with this place! These guys are so good with working with my dog and working with me! I have tried other trainers and never felt they had the connection with my dog like Zoom Room on Metcalf. I love how they explain what we're learning, why we are learning it, and how we're going to do it. There is an easy progression from skill to skill. Right now, I'm in the beginner behavior classes, but I love that at the end, we get to learn a "fun" skill. The only time my dog ever gets tired is after these classes. I would 100% recommend them to anyone with a dog.

Trainers and owner have been so encouraging and supportive with our new rescue. They are knowledgeable about why behaviors arise and positive methods to correct. Really helped us understand the psychology of dogs and wonderful about meeting them (and us!) where they are. So flexible listening to our needs and schedules, and genuinely care about making training fun and meaningful. Great team!

All of the staff and trainers at Zoom Room Metcalf location have been a blast to work with. We started bringing our baby Phoebe about a month ago and in just 4 classes, we have had significant improvement in behavior at home! The gym is always clean and welcoming. We are just as excited to go every week as Phoebe is.

I have two dogs with very different needs. Rocky is reactive and has past training with two other agencies. I accepted that he was as good as he could be, but he is now taking intermediate obedience AND agility classes with support and encouragement. We are beyond proud of Rocky. I credit his trainers as his biggest cheerleaders.
Teddy has just turned one and has been training with Jennifer since he was 4 months old. He LOVES classes. He has been in intermediate obedience, tricks, and agility classes. He is so motivated to learn! I am relieved because he is a mix of very strong large breeds.
The trainers give individualized instruction when needed even though it is a group class. It is set up for success for all learning levels. It has also been good for my learning style, and it strengthens the bond between you and your dogs. I highly recommend the Zoom Room on Metcalf!

We love Zoom Room. The staff are super awesome and helpful. They’ve even offered suggestions through email after hours and between sessions when I’ve emailed in a panic because of behaviors our pup exhibited during Thanksgiving. We generally have classes with Jennifer and she’s a delight — she’s always upbeat, unphased by chaos and adverse behaviors, and truly a professional walking you through how to handle situations with your pup. It’s been such a relief to have tips and tricks for improving our pups’ habits.
They’re also so sweet and remember your pups’ names and details about them and even make them holiday treats. :)
