I had an absolutely incredible experience with Leanne at Zoom Room. Even though I’m not local and wouldn’t be signing up for classes, she took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions with kindness, knowledge, and zero pressure.
The facility is impressive, but what really stood out was Leanne herself—genuinely passionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly someone who truly cares about both dogs and their humans.
I’m honestly considering making the two-hour drive just to attend classes because the experience was that good. If you’re on the fence about Zoom Room or looking for a trainer who goes above and beyond, this is absolutely the place to go.

Our experience with our 11-month-old Corgi, Corey, at Zoom Room Metcalf has been excellent! Corey is a typical high energy, highly intelligent herding dog, who thinks she knows more than we do. We started at Zoom Room when she was 7 months old, and she is now looking at us when we talk to her, paying attention to us, and coming along with her intermediate obedience classes very nicely. All of the trainers have been wonderful to work with, both for Corey and for us. Highly recommended!

I’ve had several sets of puppies in my lifetime and each time I get new pups, I like to take them to some training classes. It’s usually 10-13 years between sets so I forget how to train! I decided to try Zoom Room this time. They have a nice store just off Metcalf and inside is clean and bright. Only five pups are allowed in the puppy training classes and that’s a perfect number.
Our trainer is great! They do use clickers and I’m not big on those, but you don’t have to use them. Treats, lots of training treats are needed. It’s amazing to me how quickly my pups understand what the task is when I learn how to ask them correctly. FYI it’s one person per dog, so my husband joins me at the training sessions.
My one complaint is that when people are talking in the front of the store, which is fenced off from the training area, but all in one big room, it’s noisy and I can’t hear the trainer. I think the only thing they could do to help with that is for the trainer to use a portable microphone. Other than that, we look forward to our sessions and class time flies by!

Our puppy has LOVED the zoom room! Jennifer has been the absolute best, and Kiwi has learned so much there! Could not recommend more! Jennifer is so knowledgeable and helps us with every question we’ve had!

We have been going to Zoom Room for over a year and have loved the entire experience. Our dog went from being a bit of a crazy dog to being super well behaved and easy to work with. Jennifer and Leanne are amazing and continue to be a highlight every time we go back!
