Zoom Room Dog Training

People here are friendly and the classes are very good. I actually think the pricing is fair when compared to other trainers. I love this place because they teach positive reinforcement which was oddly hard to find. The only complaint I have is that your dog needs to pass obedience and advanced obedience classes prior to being enrolled into the other, fun, classes such as playground and agility. Due to this, they need to offer more of these required classes during times that are appropriate, not at 10am on a Tuesday. Due to the small amount of classes like this offered at a reasonable time, there is always a fight to get in unless you book weeks, if not a full month ahead. This is my biggest complaint. Other than that, the trainers and staff and nice and the classes are informative. I would recommend this place. Edit: The lakewood location that I go to hired a new customer services person and they are much better. I've had a much better experience with this place with them in their new role. Also, the classes are not filling up as fast as they used to, maybe I joined during the busy season. Getting into a class is not as competitive as it was and I can usually get into a class now just a few days to a week out for scheduling which is very nice. I do wish they were clearer about what badges allow access to what classes. This seems like a simple thing to add to their website but I don't see it. 4/5 stars until that is added. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking at dog training with positive reinforcement with owner involvement as well as a gym spot for your dog.

I just recently join zoom room in Lakewood with my Dalmatian puppy, and I must say my experience has been really great so far. I don’t regret joining and I think it is definitely worth it for your dog. They provide so many different services of training for your dog, which I think is great since every dog is different. The schedule is very lenient as you can choose when you can attend a class. Donna is a very good trainer, she leaves us satisfied with our pup!
