Zoom Room Dog Training

We just had our first two classes at Zoom Room Lakewood and we are so pleased! We brought our reactive and shy mini dachshund over for training after the Huntington Beach location closed and we couldn't be happier with the trainers, staff and class offerings. We took Advanced Obedience with Melanie and she was great with Ripley. She was patient and kind and gave clear instructions. Ryan helped us sign up for all of our classes and he sure is a nice guy! Melanie recommended pup-lates and we took a pup-lates class with Kris. Wow! Our Ripley sure needs this class and I know her confidence is going to grow by being in this class regularly. Kris and his sweet shepherd Morgan welcomed us into class and Kris showed me how to use a food lure to get Ripley to step onto the equipment. It took a while and Kris was patient and encouraging and within a few minutes Ripley put one paw and then two paws on the equipment. Huge success! After class we got to meet Jillian, who I spoke to over the phone. It was nice to meet her in person and we talked about the shy small dog play group that I also signed Ripley up for. We couldn't feel more welcome and thank you Melanie, Kris, Ryan and Jillian for making us feel at home. Ripley says woof!

My son and I are so grateful to have found Zoom Room! Everyone there has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. The trainers are patient, knowledgeable, and truly care about the dogs they work with. Casper absolutely loves Melanie and Jillian and it’s been amazing to see his progress. Our 1st class was a bit overwhelming because Casper had a hard time concentrating and mostly just wanted to go play. Melanie was incredibly patient with both of us, gave me some great tips and reassured me that things would get better with time & practice. Thankful for her encouragement and she was absolutely right it has gotten so much better! I always get excited when Melanie is our trainer because she’s the best. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Zoom Room to anyone looking for a positive, supportive, and effective training environment. 🐾💕
