strongly advise against signing up for this dog training service. I paid $2,500 up front at the Santa Clarita location and before I could complete the program, the store went bankrupt and shut down. Now I’ve lost that money with no way to recover it, and I’ve since learned that several similar locations are also closing down. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no protection for clients once they take your payment. Please save yourself the stress and financial loss—do not sign up.

This review is specifically about the owner Diego regarding my experience with him at another location he owns. I have serious concerns regarding the business practices and unprofessional conduct I have experienced at your Thousand Oaks Zoom Room locations under the management of you, the owner, Diego. I had operational concerns with the Thousand Oaks location. limited class availability and last-minute cancellations made it nearly impossible to provide consistent training for my dog. When I decided to request a partial refund due to these ongoing issues, I left multiple messages via phone call, voicemail, and text with no response. I was forced to contact my bank to resolve the matter. This led to an extremely concerning interaction with Diego , where he: • Threatened to take me to court • Threatened to fine me $2,000 if I did not reverse my bank’s decision • Displayed hostile behavior and attempted to coerce me into changing my position I have never experienced such unprofessional and threatening behavior from a business owner. This interaction was particularly distressing and completely inappropriate. I would strongly encourage you to review Diego’s customer service record and online reviews, as I suspect my experience may not be isolated. Be better.

I am writing to inform others of our situation it hopes they don't treat you this way. (Specifically Santa Clarita location) I couldn't be more disappointed with this whole franchise like others we were sold false promises and had to pay almost $2000 upfront. We were promised 39 sessions and still had 27 remaining by the time they closed the doors. What I found extremely disturbing was, one week we are trying to schedule our next session then literally the next week we receive an email that they have closed, supposedly attorneys will be in contact but did not provide attorneys contact information and their email will be deactivated. We attempted to contact our credit card company to reverse charges but unfortunately hit a wall due to a 60 day limitation to dispute charges. We attempted to contact other facilities in hopes of acquiring a corporate number, but no such luck. Overall a horrible business and I would avoid all locations.

I feel compelled to write a second review to reiterate how incredible and kind Diego and his team are at the Zoom Room Sherman Oaks. The team of Alex and Justin literally took me by the hand and helped me survive Golden Retriever puppyhood with my Daisy. Into the 2nd year of puppyhood I had to have heart surgery as well as breaking my arm and needing surgery on that arm also - when I contacted Diego after over 7 months of not attending classes he welcomed us back with open arms and made sure we got credit for all the unused classes - which had expired at that point - and we were able to jump back into classes again without having to worry. His kindness towards my unexpected medical issues was over the top and so deeply appreciated. They are all a class act at this facility.
