I cannot say enough great things about the Zoom Room. I have 2 Aussies that are in need of behavior modification. One is shy and fearful and the other is social but barks at everything and everyone. After several months of training, my Aussies are both making tremendous, progress. My shy and fearful one is gaining confidence and both are becoming less reactive. Anyone that has a reactive dog/dogs must know how much relief I feel. They still have a long way to go but I believe with persistence and patience on my part, life with my girls that I love dearly, will be so much more enriching and filled with joy. I'd also like to mention that not only has the Zoom Room given me ways/tools to manage my Aussies in multiple scenarios, they also have an amazing support group!!

Updated: have been going to the zoom room for almost a year now and absolutely LOVE IT! They have created such a community at the Zoom Room that always makes me and my dog feel welcome as soon as we walk in the door. My dog was so shy and scared out first couple visits but now just by saying the words “puppy class” he gets so excited and runs to the door to leave! Advanced Agility with Shelby is always so fun for me and my dog! I am so grateful to have a fun and welcoming space for me and my dog to be apart of. Theo and I love our visits to the Zoom Room! All of the staff is welcoming and helpful, they make it feel like a community. Haven’t been to a class or event that wasn't fun!
I was in a class with Lara on Saturday. Most of the classes I’ve gone to have been with her and I really appreciate how she leads the class and how she is with my dog. She really seems to know what she’s doing and I’ve seen a lot of improvement with my dog since I started taking my dog to these classes.
