Zoom Room Dog Training

This place is a joke. They only really want to work with pet dogs. Don’t bring a highly trained working dog here you are waisting your time and money. I knew Better but wanted to give their advance agility classes a shot because my personal dog club is difficult to get into their agility class. Their version of an agility evaluation wasn’t to evaluate my dog on their equipment or me as a handler. No it was just to test my dog for dog reactivity.. which he has non and I told the women this. They walked around with fake stuffed animal dogs and a real one. My dog looked at me like they were nuts. He’s seen more dogs at dog shows he attends. When it came time to using the equipment my dog getting excited and vocal was where they drew the line. Stating that In their agility classes they have anxious pets, not working dogs. And my dog being vocal would be too much for them. I told her usually at classes we attend all dogs wait in kennels, most dogs who do sports are high drive and vocal, it’s normal. This place is a sad excuse for pet training. Don’t waist your money here. Dayton has way better dog training clubs even for new dog owners with anxious dogs who want to learn the basics. Zoom room is honestly only good for renting the gym out privately to use their agility equipment for half an hour.

Ginger is loving her training classes at the Zoom Room Dog Training! We researched many different training facilities and chose Zoom Room because they offered positive reinforcement training, flexible classes, smaller class sizes and a variety of classes to continue Ginger's growth. We chose the Journey package which allows us to set goals and have check-ins to keep Ginger on the training journey we have chosen. We love how the trainers are attuned to the different dogs and can provide individualized suggestions since all dogs do not respond the same. A plus of Puppy+ classes is that Ginger has gotten to experience a little bit of agility training which she seems to enjoy and will be able to take classes as she advances. Ginger is the 8th dog we have owned so we have had experience with a variety of training facilities and the Zoom Room in Centerville has far excited the others. We highly recommend!
