Zoom Room Dog Training

I'm really glad I found this place. I wish I had known about it when I first started doing training with my girl. It's not a buy a package and then come to class thing. First they have just the human come in and do a tour/orientation. They give you a clicker and tell you what they are all about. Next it's you and your pup for an evaluation. It does cost to do it, but it's nominal. They talk to you and observe the temperament (probably of both human and pup). They advise you on where to start. There is a menu of classes, playgroups, agility, private training. It's a full service gym like atmosphere. They have different packages you can get depending on your needs and finances. We've been to the evaluation and two trainings so far, and the staff has been amazing! They have the right tools for all types of learners. In one of the classes we got to use the agility equipment. They had two sections so we weren't just sitting there watching, but doing and then switched tasks. There is SO much about this place that I love! Only suggestion... teacher discount. I'm a biased in this case.

I am so glad I decided to try this amazing place! The trainers and support staff are so friendly and welcoming. We learn something new each class, and we don’t just work on “badges,” but also on fun activities and tricks. There is always time for questions and clarification - I never feel rushed or confused. I love the variety of programs and classes they offer - from the basics all the way through agility. Bryan and Xavier are both amazing! My dog runs to them everytime she sees them! I highly recommend Zoom Room 🩷

I was impressed with the care taken to orient first-time customers to the business and then evaluate each dog in-house before admitting them to classes. This shows concern not only for the first-time attendees and their experience, but also to others who are already in classes so that they are not having to be exposed to a potential volatile situation. The classes are fun, the instructors have great ideas for dealing with issues and setting up games to help the dogs learn. There is an in-house store with a nice variety of dog treats, snacks, and toys. Everyone from instructors to other customers have been very nice, supportive and fun.
