FirstBarkGreat facility, the trainers are fantastic and knowledgeable. Talia, Keith, and Julia make every class fun and engaging, while being sure to continue to proof existing skills. The pricing is very fair, and the price per class is the same, if not a little lower, than the other comparable businesses in the area (Woofs, Holistic Hound, District Dogs). Definitely recommend!!

We love Zoom Room! We were looking for fun and safe options for enrichment, as my girl has some physical limitations but still loves to get out and learn new things. The trainers we've worked with (Julia for obedience and Keith for agility) are knowledgeable, patient, and set every class up to make my girl feel like a superstar. The flexible scheduling and immaculate facility are added bonuses. Highly recommend!

You’d think context clues would be enough to figure out my dog’s name—especially since the only other one-star review, which you decided to ignore, calls out the exact same issues mentioned below. The fact that you brushed off my partner’s review is exactly why I’m here leaving mine. Original review: Zoom Room is overpriced for what you get (or don’t get). The actual training with the dogs is very short because it’s one dog at a time and there’s only one trainer working with each dog at a time. The mixed messaging and BS “policies” to sell $500 packages feels shady. There are WAY better and more affordable places in the DMV. Zoom Room randomly decides when they want to test your dog for whatever random skill they need to move from obedience into agility classes. There’s no curriculum or training schedule transparency. However, they claim “You can probably graduate (from obedience)within 3 to 4 times of coming here!” False. Nothing is actually what they say. The space is small and not suitable for dog training, let alone agility. There’s barely room for dogs to actually run because It’s a RETAIL SPACE; formerly a physical therapy clinic. The class capacity is max 4 or 5 dogs. So fighting to get into classes in order to use your $500 worth of credits before they expire is impossible. At the consultation, they sell the “discounted” packages that “can only be bought in store!” When asked about usage of credits and flexibility they said “there is a deadline to use credits, but as long as you let us know, we’ll be able to extend it because we understand that things happen”. However, when asked for an extension, not even 30 days after the expiration date, they said they’d only honor an extension if another $500 package was purchased. Conveniently they’ve now added this statement to their FAQs: “PLEASE NOTE: See your account online for the expiration dates of your service purchases; these dates will not be extended.” Shady bait and switch tactics to sell insanely expensive packages. So yeah, save your money. Your Dogs Friend in Rockville is less than half the price, in an appropriately sized building, with exceptional teachers AND experienced volunteers onsite. MVP Resort in Fairfax is also amazing! Stunning, large facility. Several experienced trainers and support staff interacting with the dogs. Hell, even Petsmart is a better bargain. It includes more socialization and actual training of the dogs.
