Zoom Room Dog Training

Would strongly recommend staying away from Zoom Room. What started as a positive training experience quickly fell apart due to poor communication, unresolved account issues, and inconsistent expectations. After months of progress, a sudden environmental change disrupted training, and concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. My account was not functioning properly for weeks, including being charged for a class I did not attend. When I requested a refund for unused sessions, I was denied and told documentation had been sent to an email tied to the same broken account. Overall, extremely frustrating experience with little accountability or resolution.

When we first started at Zoom Room, I was a little hesitant. I knew the investment would be worth it, but with a shelter rescue pup, my confidence in the ability to help her develop wasn't quite there. With the guidance of the trainers, my husband and I have learned how to effectively communicate with our dog so she can thrive. What started with obedience classes. That turned into trying small breed play group, which turned into pup-lates, which turned into reserving space for her to have open gym, which will eventually turn into us trying more of the classes offered (e.g., agility, scent, etc.). Watching our dog's confidence grow ahs been life-changing. We even gave the Halloween event a try this year. I'm not sure who had more fun...the humans or the dogs...but it was a wonderful event filled with support of each member there and gentle guidance from each instructor present. Having had three dogs pass away last year, being at Zoom Room with our newest fur baby has been the healing we didn't know we needed. Ms. Wendy, Ms. Laura, and Ms. Madison have become household names. Roxy knows when she's going to Zoom Room. She gets so excited in the parking lot and upon entering the space. Knowing there's a place where the staff loves and cares for your pets as much as you do makes the experience of each class that much more special.
