Hi llias,<br><br>Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We always want our clients and their dogs to feel welcomed, supported, and confident in their training experience, and we’re sorry that you left feeling disappointed.<br><br>We do want to clarify a few points, while still respecting your experience. Throughout your time with us, we did our best to communicate with you and be as accommodating as possible. We continued to roll over your classes and extend the time you had to use your monthly membership, even though doing so went beyond the terms of our contract. Our intention was to give you every opportunity to take advantage of the training you had purchased. We want every client that walks through the door to get the most of our classes.<br><br>Regarding the class environment, we understand your concerns and are sorry that you felt the class did not provide the progression you were hoping for. However, we do want to clarify that there were no “unsafe dogs” permitted to be in class. In the particular class you referenced, when the noise level arose (the dogs in class all began to get overstimulated which lead to a decrease in their focus), the dogs involved were asked to leave, and the class continued. The safety and comfort of every dog and handler in our facility is something we take very seriously. Unfortunately that was the last time we saw Atlas in class, so we did not have a chance to improve your next experience.<br><br>We’re also sorry that we were not able to provide the level of progression and structure you were looking for. Our understanding was that you were interested in continuing to build on your dog’s existing foundation and eventually trying agility. We made efforts to reach out regarding your agility classes, but unfortunately, there were several no-shows and we were unable to connect with you to continue that part of your training.<br><br>We’re truly sorry that we weren’t able to provide the experience you were hoping for. We value every client and want each person and their pup to feel supported throughout their time with us. We appreciate you sharing your concerns and giving us the opportunity to address them. We wish you and your Atlas continued success with your training journey and hope you find a program that is the right fit for you both.

We're truly sorry that your experience didn't meet your expectations, and we're disappointed to hear that you feel your time with us fell short.<br><br>Our training program follows a structured curriculum, and advancement to the next level is based on successfully mastering all of the required skills—not just the basic commands. While Lulu came in with a great foundation and was often used as a demonstration dog, our evaluations showed there were still skills that needed to be strengthened before moving up. We like to give each dog an opportunity to demonstrate skills during class. We want every dog to be fully prepared for the next level so they can continue to succeed.<br><br>Regarding socialization, all of our group training classes are intentionally conducted with dogs remaining on leash and working independently. This allows us to build focus, neutrality around other dogs, and reliable training skills in a real-world environment. If your goal was for Lulu to have off-leash play opportunities, we do offer a Large Breed Playgroup specifically for that purpose. We're sorry if that option wasn't communicated more clearly during your time with us.<br><br>As for the agility equipment, it is regularly incorporated into our dedicated agility classes rather than our Basic obedience curriculum, as each class has its own specific training objectives.<br><br>We also believe that successful training is a partnership between class and home. Consistent practice outside of class is an important part of helping dogs progress through the curriculum.<br><br>We truly wish you had shared your concerns with us while you were enrolled. We would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss your goals, answer your questions, and help ensure you were getting the experience you were looking for.
