We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.<br><br>When you first contacted us, our understanding was that you were interested in agility and other enrichment-style classes for both of your dogs. During your evaluation, our trainer intentionally spent additional time working with each dog to assess skills beyond our standard process so that — if appropriate — they could move directly into agility, rally and possibly advanced obedience. We made that exception because you shared your training background, and we wanted to respect the work you had already put into your dogs and help you access the types of classes you initially expressed interest in. Our internal notes from both the initial phone call and the evaluation reflect this focus.<br><br>It is my understanding that it was only after observing classes that the conversation shifted toward gym rentals, and our understanding at the time was that your goals had changed from enrichment classes to primarily seeking rental space. That said, your concern about being told the large gym was frequently available is important to us. Our facility runs classes most mornings, many afternoons, and all evenings — which has been consistent for the past couple of years — so availability for rentals is indeed limited. I will be following up internally regarding the communication you received, and I apologize for any confusion on that point.<br><br>We also take feedback about client experience seriously. Our evaluations are designed to ensure safety and appropriate class placement, but they should always feel respectful and collaborative. I’m sorry to hear that was not how the interaction felt to you.<br><br>While we regret that we did not meet your needs, we do appreciate you bringing your concerns forward and wish you and your dogs the very best in your continued training.
