We love the Zoom Room. Our girl, Carter, has been going since she was a little bitty puppy. She is 8 months now. She does great with her commands. They are so patient and understanding. We are going through an adolescent reactivity phase now and they are so good with helping us work on that and manage it during classes. They have really taught us a lot about how to work with our girl and work towards being great dog owners.

We've had private sessions and group classes to meet the needs of our two puppies and have definitely noticed a change in both dogs. The Zoom Room has definitely taught us patience with these two.

Professional and friendly staff who take the time to address each dog team individually as well as teach the group class. The facility is clean and very safe for puppies. Everyone is helpful and no upselling - the focus is definitely on each individual dog team.
