Zoom Room Dog Training

The trainers are wonderful, and if you can actually get in to one of their classes, its great. However, be aware of their 3 month commitment policy before signing up. We were told classes were usually easily available when we signed up, and unfortunately this was not the case at all. Their weekend group classes are usually completely booked up and wait listed, so for a working professional, their membership is impossible to use since they dont have any classes after 6:30pm on weekdays. We dropped over $600 on a 3 month commitment and could only attend two classes during that time due to their lack of reasonable availability. I had to call them 6 times to cancel my subscription after they continuously promised to call me back and never did.

I highly recommend the Zoom Room in Bellevue. Saber, the Manager, is so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, warm, friendly and does it ALL with grace and professionalism. Our dog is close to testing for the CGC and Saber, with Assistant Manager, Remy, head trainer Princess and wonderful Advanced Obedience trainer, Mai, are all going above and beyond to ensure we achieve this huge goal so we can move on to even higher achievements down the road. They are all equally committed to every dog/puppy we’ve seen in the Zoom Room, and you will feel right at home when you’re there. They all get 5 stars in our family’s opinion, and their positive reinforcement system of training promotes a great energy and builds confident dogs and their owners while everyone is having fun! 🤩

Checking out the Zoom Room was one of the best decisions I’ve made! I was visiting from northern Ca to spend time with my family. My 10 year old granddaughter adores my 5 year old lab, Dawson. My family isn’t able to bring a dog into their family at this time, so I thought it would be fun to take my granddaughter to the Zoom Room to watch one of the puppy socialization classes. The staff was extremely helpful from the moment I picked up the phone! Remy encouraged us to come check out the Zoom Room, even though I was from out of town, and my granddaughter doesn’t have their own dog. When we got to the Zoom Room, the staff was very welcoming, invited to watch the puppies socializing and then came over to engage with me and my granddaughter. Within minutes, I felt like we were part of the family! We decided to bring my labrador, Dawson back the next day for an evaluation with Saber. I was able to bring my granddaughter back with me to the evaluation and Saber went out of their way to include both of us in the process. I was so impressed by the entire experience that I decided to purchase a bundle of classes for Dawson, with the idea of incorporating my granddaughter into the training. I've spent years in training with Dawson to become my service dog for PTSD due to my military experience, but I have never felt as safe and comfortable as I did with Saber in the Zoom Room! Although we were just there for the evaluation, Saber shared such great insight and ideas for me to take home and try with Dawson! Because I felt so safe and comfortable, which is a vital component to learning, especially when dealing with PTSD, I was able to relax and absorb what Saber was sharing with me. And to watch my granddaughter so engaged and learning right along with me, was fantastic! I am so impressed with the positive and fun training environment! I highly recommend the Zoom Room to everyone no matter what level of training you have had with your dog! Thank you again to Saber and Remy and all of the staff at the Zoom Room! We're looking forward to our next visit back to Seattle to visit family and the Zoom Room!

Confusing. Trying to take agilty classes. First had to have a one on one evaluation that included questions and two stuffed dogs on leashes bounced around other side of the room one at a time. Then scheduled for an obedience class. Instructor didn't know why I was there if i wanted agilty so told me to go home and she'd have manager call me. Got long email from manager about how I didn't complete obedience class so can't move into agilty. Confused
