Stacey & her manager were great! The owner personally called to introduce himself & respond to a question I had about their puppy preschool requirements. The orientation itself was great and Stacey was extremely knowledgeable. She answered my questions quickly and with ease; this built so much trust for me as a prospective client. I will definitely be purchasing a class pass pack to get my new puppy, Frankie, trained with them!
Bonus: they offer tons of flexible times for classes which is great for someone with a 9-5!

I cannot say enough great things about Zoom Room from the owner to all of the fantastic trainers! Going to his weekly obedience training has become not only one of his highlights of the week but mine as well :) he has come so far! Love Stacy & Meagan! All of the trainers are so kind to my sweet boy

Reagan is very supportive, patient and knowledgeable! Sadie takes a minute to warm up but took to Reagan pretty quick, she knows who she can trust 👍🐶
