We really tried to like this place. Our puppy attended classes and the first two were pretty good. Then it was just repetition and extremely boring. We took a break and worked with him on our own and went back for three more classes when he was eight months old. Again, my dog was bored and so were we. We got different advice from different teachers about harnesses. The 12-class commitment is ridiculous as is the policy that you can't bring your dog for playtime if you don't purchase an annual membership. We would have really liked a "drop-in" rate or some other kind of arrangement for being able to bring our dog in to socialize. After the puppy class, there is no playtime at all. You can watch YouTube videos and get some great tips about training and that's much cheaper.

We have been loving our obedience 3 classes for my dog Onyx, and when we got a second dog, Ringo as a puppy, we started him in the puppy classes and have advanced all the way to obedience 2 with him. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and FUN! Both of my dogs need work on socialization and reactivity to other dogs, and these classes have been incredibly helpful for my dogs, and we try to come every week. Sophie & I have a great time at the obedience classes at Zoom Room. Sophie is a registered therapy dog, so it is important to keep training. The staff is professional and encouraging, and make the classes fun. I love the indoor facility, where we can depend on a space year round that is cool and comfortable!

I adopted a puppy that had been born in the street; she was sweet but wild. In five months, I have a confident, wonderful, sweet, and mostly obedient young dog, lol.
We've done obedience classes, agility, play group, and scent class. Maggie and I have learned so much from the trainers at Zoom Room and she just loves going there!
