I came to the Zoo Room sorta desperate. We had recently lost our older dog and our younger pup was not dealing with it well, and neither was I to be honest. The behavior our LuLu was exhibiting was new, and I just wanted to help her the best way we could as well as teach myself to be the best person for her. Diva at the Tacoma Zoom Room has been an absolute dream. She is so caring, and understanding. She’s never critical ot judgmental, she listens and the progress LuLu has made in the last two months is mind blowing. Lulu loves going to the Zoom Room and gets so exciting when she knows we are close. They are so respectful of each person/dog situation and take safety so seriously. I can’t say enough good things about this facility!

Puppy preschool has been very educational for my puppy and me. The trainers are patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. I purchased one of the package deals and look forward to helping my pup advance through the different training levels. I appreciate the positive training methods that the trainers practice at Zoom Room. I highly recommend the Tacoma Zoom Room location!

This place is amazing. They really care about your dogs, and you can tell they have a lot of knowledge about training techniques. They are very informative and super nice. We love taking our girl here.

Trainers are great at responding to our wants and needs for our puppy! Going to classes have been a blast for him. The structures of the class are a great way for us to better understand how to properly train our puppy!

It's not about training your dog, it's about training you! All the trainers at Zoom Room Tacoma are informative and a joy to learn from! When we adopted Fey, her excitement at cues that we were going somewhere made getting out the door chaotic and dangerous. After just a couple classes at Zoom Room Tacoma, we trained Fey to sit and wait! In the "Calm Down" class, we're learning the engage/disengage and 1-2-treat games to redirect Fey when she's anxious.
