We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. While many of our clients have had very positive experiences with our puppy and obedience programs, we understand that not every training style or class format is the right fit for every dog and owner. Age requirements, class pathways, and training options are outlined on our website, and we also review these in greater detail during orientation, as they are important for safety and for setting dogs up for success. Private training options are available depending on a dog’s age and vaccination status, and can also be held as offsites, as we discussed with you. We regret that there was confusion around what options were appropriate at the time. Our goal is never to pressure clients into a package, but to recommend training paths based on each dog’s individual needs and developmental stage, and to help owners choose the option that best supports their goals and their dog’s progress. We appreciated the opportunity to speak with you, listen to your concerns, and work toward a resolution. We wish you and your dogs the very best in your continued training and appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve how we communicate and support our clients.

Thank you for the review, Calla! It’s been a pleasure having you and Daisy train and play with us — she’s been making great progress. We appreciate your feedback on scheduling. Our model does differ from more traditional “session-based” programs in that we offer rolling week-to-week enrollment, which gives clients flexibility to train around busy schedules and allows dogs to move through skills at their own pace. We’ve found this helps us better accommodate a wide variety of clients and tailor training to each individual dog. That said, if a more structured routine works better for you, we’re absolutely happy to help you get set up for the same class on the same day and time each week so you can move through our curriculum in a more linear way. We want to make sure your experience is a great fit for both you and Daisy. We truly appreciate you training with us and look forward to seeing you both soon!
