Zoom Room Dog Training

Didn't have the best experience. Went for the 30min evaluation. The trainer didn't greet my dog or really acknowledge him much at all. Sat down, answered some questions, then he went and bought out 2 dog teddies on a leash at which my dog barked at. but he would still recall on the leash when called. He put the teddies away, came back to me, checked his laminated card and said that shows signs of agression in my dog. Even though, I mentioned he doesn't usually bark on walks when passing other dogs even when off leash. Whole thing lasted literally 8 minutes. I have been to other trainer evaluations (we travel a lot) and none have stated they have seen signs of agression. My dog gets on with people and has lived with other dogs in the past, never had any issues with agression, biting, or anything even close. $25 for an 8-minute 'evaluation' does seem a little overpriced. Really nice and clean facility though! Great store with loads of good treats and things in and looked like they had some cool agility stuff for dogs to work on.

Zoom room and their staff have been so helpful in training my young dog. The trainers are very attentive during classes and take the time to ensure each dog is able to be successful with different commands. They have given me tools to address different behavioral issues I encounter as well. The playgroups have been a great way for my dog to socialize with other dogs in a controlled environment. He gets so excited when we get out of the car and he realizes where he is going. Definitely a great value for the price! Highly recommend.
