Zoom Room Dog Training

The "Commitment Plan" costs $907!!! I bought this Plan with $226 at their store right after the initial evaluation for my dog, so I didn't have a chance to read the Plan terms on their website. They only told me the plan included 5 classes valid for two months. They didn't tell me it would automatically renew for four cycles! The manager, Jesseica, who hung up on me twice, rejected to refund the additional cost they charged my credit card automatically. Reply to the owner's response: Jessica, I’m sorry if I yelled at you, but I was upset because no one ever told me I was PAYING $226 FOR FOUR TIME rather than just once. Also, for the first call, you hung up on me after you said you needed to check my account in your system. I told you, "no rush, I will wait," and you hung up, so I had to call you back. For the second call, you hung up after I told you that I'll just call my bank since you refused to refund me.

My dog absolutely loves going there. We have taken four or five classes now, And every time I say “would you like to go to Zoom room” he starts wagging his tailand runs to the door. He greets all of the workers there and really enjoys it. We tried agility for the first time and have done it several times now. I never thought I would ever be someone who would want to do competition agility, but it’s been so much fun I’m considering it! I love the different obedience things we have learned and the different tips you get about how to get better results. Your trainers really know what they’re doing!
