I love everyone at the Zoom Room!!
I'm really seeing changes in myself
and in my Karen 🐶
She has a traumatic history, all of the staff familiarize themselves with her history!!
(They collectively formulated a course of care/action, or as it was apparent to me in how they all interacted with us!!)
The biggest thing that they taught me is how I need to change my behavior in order for her to change her behavior!! (Again this is a subtle lesson.) I really appreciate everyone that we interacted with!!

I love going in the car where I can bark at people in the other cars!!
I love barking at EVERYONE inside of and outside of the ZOOM ROOM!!
I love all of the cheese that I get to eat!! (Which leaves the entire floor covered in cheese)
I love all of the new stuff that they teach my mom to do with me!!
But what I love the very mostest,
is how respectful of my boundaries they are!!!!
And
At my last training session I sat quietly on my Mimi's lap while my Mimi and the trainer talked!! When it was time to leave I felt so safe and comfortable
I didn't even bark one time!! Which if you know me at all!!!!

Assessment for my pooch Frankie. He’s very reactive to dogs & people, barks at noises & dogs passing by. He was 12 weeks old when we got him and Covid was already here. We stayed home a great deal as I was just retiring so he didn’t get much socialization. He’s the best boy in the home unless someone knocks or he sees another dog on walks.

6/22/26 she worked hard today. Agility training with Alyssa and she loved it! Picture with her sleeping on the maroon blanket is from today! All of the trainers are excellent and love Betty!
8/7/26 BettyJo absolutely loves the trainers at Zoom Room. They are so patient and professional. We are always greeted with smiles and enthusiasm.

Class was small, well-managed and fun! I was worried dropping in with more experienced pups and their owners may feel overwhelming but it was somewhat tailored to each pup. Looking forward to our next session!
