Our evaluations are typically designed to help us get to know both the dog and owner, understand training goals, and determine the best path forward for success at Zoom Room.<br><br>Regarding the $35 evaluation fee, if clients decide to move forward with one of our training packages, we generally add an additional class to their package, making the value of that extra class greater than the evaluation fee itself. Our intention is never for the evaluation to feel transactional, but rather to provide a meaningful introduction to our training approach and your dog’s needs.<br><br>That said, I do plan on reaching out to you directly because I would like to better understand how there may not have been questions asked about your goals, as that is normally one of the very first conversations we have during an evaluation. We always want our clients to feel heard, understood, and excited about their training journey with us.<br><br>We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as feedback like yours helps us continue improving.
