I cannot say enough wonderful things about Zoom Room Coral Springs! From my very first interaction, the team went above and beyond to ensure both Kiwi and I felt understood and supported. Jenna took my initial call and spent half an hour answering all my questions with patience and empathy. Kiwi and I had a traumatic experience when we were attacked by an off-leash dog during a leashed training session, leaving us both anxious around unfamiliar dogs. Jenna truly listened to my concerns, addressed all my apprehensions, and quickly got us set up for an orientation that same afternoon. The orientation exceeded my expectations. The trainer was kind, patient, and clearly passionate about helping Kiwi succeed. They celebrated Kiwi's progress and made us both feel like we were in the best hands possible. Today, we attended our first obedience class, and it was an equally positive experience. Shay, our trainer, was absolutely incredible. She ensured Kiwi and I felt safe and comfortable by placing us near the door for an easy exit if needed and dismissing the other dogs before us to reduce Kiwi’s anxiety. Shay’s thoughtful approach made the class enjoyable and productive, and Kiwi was able to focus and engage beautifully. The facility itself is fantastic—clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything from treats to training tools and enrichment toys. It’s clear the staff genuinely care about their clients and their dogs. I’m so excited for Kiwi’s continued progress, and I can’t wait to see her confidence grow enough to eventually join agility classes. Zoom Room Coral Springs has truly been a game-changer for us, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and compassionate training experience!
