Owner and Primary Trainer, Dawn Scheu, is a pioneer in Gluten Detection and Allergen Detection Dog Training; Dawn was the first to implement the use of a controlled search with both "Indication" and "All Clear" behaviors for service dog work. She is also the proud owner and trainer of the first Gluten Detection dog in the United States, Willow Kai, whom she named her business after.
