Empire K-9 Services is solely owned by Shane Towe who is a Certified Master Canine Trainer, in all areas of basic, and advanced Obedience. ​ Before Shane became a canine trainer he worked as a Law Enforcement Officer, and was blessed with the ability to become a canine Handler. In order to become a handler Shane and his canine had to go through months of training, to become a great team. ​ After going through this training, Shane decided to take his knowledge and help the public with their canine issues, as well local Law Enforcement agencies wanting to bring a canine unit to their department.
