Suburban Dog Training Club is a nonprofit organization established in 1969 and incorporated in 1978, offering lessons to members and nonmembers at a reasonable cost. Classes are held in our own heated, air-conditioned, fully-matted building in Huntingdon Valley, PA which is easily accessible from Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. Our mission is to encourage obedience training of both purebred and mixed-breed dogs, to conduct classes for training dogs and their handlers and to provide, by way of our demo teams, entertainment for schools and for people in charitable institutions, nursing homes and hospitals. We offer day and evening classes.

We offer a wide variety of services, such as training everyday skills and common commands, Canine Good Citizen test prep and evaluation, tricks,mini agility, and much more.Our approach is based on only modern methods and positive reinforcement with no use of physical punishment or bullying your dogs.Our club is aimed at training puppies, dogs, and their parents. We offer individual classes in home, park or in club.
