Fantastic experience! We've been taking our now 7 yr old aussie to Franzi's classes for a year now b/c we can't stop! Seeing the growth in our dogs obedience & behavior has been the blessing we've been looking for. Our dog actually likes saying hello to strangers now! Franzi is extremely knowledgeable in dog behavior & her passion shows through her work. We never feel embarrassed about asking for her help & her patience with us/our dog is encouraging, exactly what you want. Franzi has built an amazing community for not just the dogs but the owners too! As long as she's running her business, she will be stuck with us! But fair warning...your dog will become obsessed with Franzi & need to say hello to her! It's the sweetest thing to see! We have used a variety of services that Touch of class offers. We took some classes, we did a one on one with Franzi , we’ve done some boarding and most recently we’ve done a six week one on one day training with Miss Leila. We have so many wonderful things to say. Franzi and Lelia have been incredible !!! Lelia has spent some very long days with our little dachshund and she has made significant improvement in her behavior. Our pup loves greeting Leila and they have formed such a great bond. Leila has been teaching us the proper techniques to be able to understand and work with our pup as well. She takes her time, she is very patient , very kind and genuinely wants to help establish the best possible experience for all of us. We are already making plans for her next visits/ training. 10/10 would recommend Franzi and Leila

Franzi has helped us train our dog for the last year. We've gone through Star Puppy, Basic Obedience and we are currently in the intermediate class where we've earned her CGC and CGCA titles so far. The group classes have been such a wonderful experience for us. Franzi has been excellent with guiding us through the training process and building the relationship with our dog. She (our dog) has gained so much confidence and trust in us through the training process. We'd recommend Franzi to anyone looking for help with their pups!

Leila and Franzi were fantastic to work with! Always quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. My 3 month old puppy did the two week training class and Leila also boarded him for a few days while I traveled. I felt he was in great hands! They not only worked with my dog, but also taught me how to continue the training once the program ended. It was awesome seeing the progress over those couple of weeks! I was very happy and would highly recommend to anyone looking for training or boarding for their pup!
