A Touch Of Class Training - Dogs with Etiquette LLC (Franzi List)

Having talked with a bunch of other dog-trainers in the last year I can assure anyone that Franzi has a HIGHLY UNIQUE and VERY EFFECTIVE approach to training. Every time we met, she offered some very insightful perspective on my dog's issues that truly helped me understand his barriers to progress. Franzi is able to see and communicate barriers through my dog's point of view that were completely unseen before her training. In a dozen or so lessons we took a border collie who reacted to everything around him - chasing after bicycles, cars, people and other dogs - to a much more calm and nonreactive and happier dog! Franzi is a true dog-whisperer. You will not find a trainer with a deeper understanding of your dog's psychology, demeanor, and actions. Highly recommend this amazing woman.

My puppy and I have been training with both Leila and Franzi for the past couple of months and I have nothing but great things to say about them and the facility. We started with the 2 week drop off day training program with Leila, and we are currently in AKC puppy star class with Franzi. We have private lessons with Leila as well. They are both extremely accommodating and have been a huge help in getting both my puppy and I more confident in training with each other. Pacha has been recovering from an injury and in a fearful state, and both of them have gone above and beyond with giving me tips on how to help our situation in and out of classes. If you are struggling with training on your own like I was, I highly recommend investing in their training programs.

Franzi was recommended to me when I was searching for Puppy Star training in my area. I was impressed with Franzi immediately and shared the same core values regarding devotion and safety of dogs including their compassionate care at any age and training at all levels. She teaches not only training and knowledge of equipment, methodology of food incorporated with training, but to me supports the bond between you and your pet as a stepping stone for what’s to come with your dog and their enrichment at any age. Franzi has been absolutely outstanding to work with. We've been working with her since our puppy first arrived and we're so excited about all the progress he has made working through Franzi's classes. His obedience absolutely exceeds any expectations I had going into this process and we've only taken part in just a handful of classes. For the benefit of your dog as well as yourselves I can't possibly recommend Franzi's training enough. She goes above and beyond with her clients to ensure their specific needs are being met. She has been attentive and provided concrete suggestions and solutions to every individual question we have had along the way and I know for a fact that she applies this same level of attention to all of her students. Beginning this journey, especially with a new puppy, can be a bit daunting, but I really would recommend to anyone that they do themselves and their dog a favor and try out at least the basic level of these classes, it will make a world of difference in your lives and be extremely fulfilling for you and your canine companions.
