Freya finished her 3 week board and train a few weeks ago with Franzi. By far one of the best things we could have done. Freya learned some very important things as we are hoping to get her service or ESA certified and board and train was the first step. Freya main goal was to get social and she did. Franzi and her pack were amazing and they love her as if she were one of their own. Franzi also took the time for month before we got Freya in answering any question I had. Franzi makes you feel welcomed and no question is a stupid question. We are continuing training with Franzi in the star puppy class.

Franzi List is a knowledgeable, dedicated, gentle, calm, and professional trainer. We have worked with Franzi during two different intervals. We started when our pit-bull mixes were puppies, and again with our now young adult dogs. The goal this time was to teach us about about how to help Layla and Zeppelin decrease their high reactivity levels. We went from working on place training in our home to bringing our dogs into stores within the community, helping them to become more desensitized to multiple sources of stimuli one setting at a time. Franzi gave us great suggestions for how to continue training them once our fun and successful sessions ended with her. Our bond with our dogs has grown even deeper through our training with Franzi thanks to her admirable understanding of canine behavior. You, too, will find success through A Touch of Class Training!

Franzi is absolutely an amazing individual working with the training and behaviors of all sorts of dogs. My puppy was a difficult case due to her high anxiety, but Franzi was able to get her to overcome the anxiety and developed her self confidence. My puppy is much calmer now and the real training is beginning. She now listens to commands and obeys. I would strongly recommend Franzi to anyone who is looking for someone to assist in the training of your dog or behavior issues. Franzi also knows how to "train" the dog's owner to ensure continuity of training. She's very personable, knowledgeable, and takes all the time she needs to produce great outcomes.

A Touch of Class Training has helped us so much with our dog. As soon as we adopted her, we reached out to Franzi to begin training and it was the best decision! We immediately began seeing improvements in our dog’s behavior and we learned to read her body language better and engage her in a way that brought out the best in her.
