All Ears Training

We had a great experience with Laska. She was very patient and flexible both with our dog and with us. Our GSD/Malinois mix was displaying concerning behaviors towards my wife related to aggression, resource guarding and fear. Laska worked a lot with my wife teaching her to read and handle the dog. And she worked with our dog to desensitize her to strangers as well . My wife is not afraid of getting bitten anymore and our dog can stay calmly in her crate when we have visitors over. Laska is a great trainer with a gentle approach towards both dogs and people.

We recently got a whippet puppy and we wanted to start him off with some immediate training because we know the first few months set the stage for the rest of his life. We did A LOT of research into the best trainers in our area and everything kept bringing us to All Ears Training. We’ve worked with Laska for the past 2 months and our puppy has progressed so much. He’s totally house trained, he’s learned about positive responses and impulse control, he is great on a leash now, he’s much calmer, listens and follows our lead. We will continue to work with Laska because he responds to her so well. He actually loves his sessions with her. Plus, she is just such a good resource for our many questions ( what’s the best harness and leash, how do we deal with car sickness, how do we stop him from biting and stop using our hands for teething, how to properly greet people while outside walking, etc.) He has been a handful from day one, but has come SO far in just two months. He’s becoming confident and well behaved and it’s been a joy to watch and learn from Laska. This is a professional team and we highly recommend them.

We adopted a very reactive (and wonderful) collie/border collie mix 2 years ago. She is now turning 6!! I have tried another trainer, agility training etc., and nothing really worked. After working with Laska, there is a glimmer of hope!! We are working on a variety of exercises that link together to build trust between my pup and me. She now looks to me for assurance in stressful situations. Laska is very patient and knowledgeable. She works with us on any problem areas requested. The training is behavioral modification through knowledge, trust and love. This is exactly what we were looking for!!
