I was going crazy off the start after getting my dog Happy.He was hard to control and didnt listen and I didnt know what to do.Happy is my first puppy.I called Alpha and Omega for a FREE evalutaion and their fantastic service sold me right away. They took Happy for 2 weeks in their Board and Train Program and layed a great foundation for a great dog. When he came back, i was trained on how to communicate with my dog and how to effectively give commands and praise. Billy brought over a few different dogs to help socialize my dog Happy and working great. They dont just train your dog and leave, we are part of their pack for life and the follow ups are endless! Let me first say that you shouldn't hesitate calling them to train your pupper. Billy has been training our puppy since 8 weeks, she went into the 2 week board & train which rocketed her ahead in training that would have taken us much longer on home visits alone.
We are now working at home visits at our convenince (which is inconvenient to Billy) but he has accommodated greatly. He is always available for questions and eager to help. I would do it all over again the same way time and time again. Love their training strategy, it's very effective and I don't have to use a treat or clicker to get my dog to listen. Rhea and us say THANK YOU! 😎🙌🏻

Billy & Jay are tremendous. My personal favorite thing about their method is that it is all based on respect between dog and owner. It is not fear or treat based but is based on a relationship that is constantly building and forming.
We let Billy take our puppy Bailey to the 2 week intensive training at his home and we see him for regular follow up sessions and she's just amazing.
She's learning so much and our biggest concern, her safety, is far less of a concern as we continue her on and off leash training.
We HIGHLY recommend this crew for dog and puppy training - great philosophy, great patience with us as owners, very nice guys and great results all around!
