FirstBarkBrinley stayed for 3 days @ Angelic Paws. She's a rescue....been with me for 4 yrs. She's still fearful of strangers . Kristin's gentle approach was what she needed to be comfortable there & they provided that. I wouldn't hesitate to take her there again.

What times can I drop off or pick up my dog?
You need to pick up and appointment to drop off or pick up your dog. When you do make an appointment you can select a time in between 7am-9am or 3pm-6pm.

Do you offer overnight boarding?
Yes! We offer dog boarding overnight 7 days a week. We require that dogs be comfortable with new people and up to date on vaccinations. You can sign up for boarding by signing up online or calling us!

Do you offer Daycare?
Yes! We have group daycare Tuesday-Thursday. Large dogs do group Tuesday and Thursday and small dogs do group Wednesday. Not all dogs are a good fit for this option and we have a evaluation day to see if you dog would enjoy this option. We also offer solo dog adventure days. Whether you dog isn't a good fit for group or your schedule just doesn't align with ours you can sign up your dog to do fun activities with staff members.

Do you offer puppy training?
Yes! We love to start training while you puppy is young. You can start training the first day they come home. We offer private lessons at your home, day training and group classes in Galena and we offer a limited amount of board and trains.

Can you help stop my dog from jumping up on guests?
Yes! We can help with over excited greeters. In our private lessons we can work on teaching your dog a better way of greeting your guests. You will need to practice the skills you learn in lessons so your dog continues to learn and build good habits.

Can you come to our house and train our dog?
Our private lessons happen in the comfort of your home or we can meet at a public place like a dog friendly store or park. We can talk about how to modifiy the training to fit your home and your life. We offer private lessons in Platteville, Wi, Galena, Il, and Dubuque, IA areas. Further traveling will require a travel fee.

Kristen has been an essential part of raising our young and spicy Pomeranian. She’s given us the resources to maintain the skills she trained during the board and train. We’ll be sending our dogs to her for refresher training anytime we’ll be out of town!

We were able to enjoy our trip wholeheartedly knowing that Kristen and her crew were taking such exceptional care of him. Waylon was familiar with the facilities as he attends day care on Wednesdays. This was helpful to avoid any extra stress. Thankful to all of his furry friends - Peach, Peaches, Lucy, & Gigi for keeping him company. My babies were so well taken care of here!!! It's the first time we've left them that my husband wasn't a nervous wreck. From the daily pictures to the report card at pick up, it was 100% stress free and Sadie and Sophie loved it there!!
SO happy we found this place to board our dogs! Kristin is incredibly kind and you can tell how much she cares for the dogs.
