Hi, I’m Anna (Childs) Feller, a dedicated dog trainer and the heart behind Adelhorst Kennels. I’m passionate about helping dogs and their owners build strong, respectful relationships through clear communication and consistent, real-world training. I work with all breeds and ages, using a non-treat-based approach that focuses on lasting results. Whether you're starting with a new puppy or working through behavioral challenges, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. In addition to training, I also offer boarding, German Shepherd breeding, and pet photography, combining my love for dogs with years of hands-on experience. My goal is to help you and your dog thrive, at home, in public, and everywhere in between.

Absolutely the best and most passionate dog trainer I've ever worked with. She helped me train my first and second show Great Danes. It was under her mentorship, that I discovered a passion for dog sports. Anna held class to specifically train for obedience and rally (both AKC). I dove into classes and trained at home. She helped me prepare for our first show and was ringside to observe and critique our run! She goes out of her way to help in anyway possible. There is not a better trainer than Anna and her staff! My Danes are almost always in the top ten obedience and rally National AKC list of top dogs in each sport. Anna also introduced us to FastCat. My Gideon is currently the #1 fastest Great Dane in AKC. Without her excellent training skills, friendly attitude, and goal of making sure every student is successful, I don't think I could have become as successful training 2 very stubborn Great Danes that are wickedly smart! I can't recommend her enough! You won't be disappointed!

We took our first German Shepherd (Maximus) to Anna for a 2-week training and we did not regret it! When he got home he listened way better and would come when we good him to. Then after his passing, we got our second German Shepherd from Anna's dog's litter and Odin is so incredibly sweet and has an amazing temperament! Thank you so much, Anna, for all that you have done for us.

Seriously the best dog trainer around no matter the breed. We have had a lab and a bloodhound go through her program and had great results with each of them. Highly recommended.
