Hi, I’m Anna (Childs) Feller, a dedicated dog trainer and the heart behind Adelhorst Kennels. I’m passionate about helping dogs and their owners build strong, respectful relationships through clear communication and consistent, real-world training. I work with all breeds and ages, using a non-treat-based approach that focuses on lasting results. Whether you're starting with a new puppy or working through behavioral challenges, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. In addition to training, I also offer boarding, German Shepherd breeding, and pet photography, combining my love for dogs with years of hands-on experience. My goal is to help you and your dog thrive, at home, in public, and everywhere in between.

We took our GSD to the beginner and advanced classes here just as soon as we could get her in. Anna stressed that setting boundaries early with a GSD is very important. Our dog has been so well behaved it is almost hard to believe. We are excited to have a rally class start up as soon as the Rona allows this to happen. We would also not hesitate to leave our dog with Anna and co for a vacation. It is very evident that they love all dogs!!

Excellent obedience training, Anna teaches a couple of commands each week and reinforces past commands every lesson. Successive weeks build on past lessons, but at a good pace. She teaches discipline tempered with frequent praise. Our dog would get excited just to put the training collar on and truly seemed to enjoy the lessons. Anna clearly knows her stuff and is an excellent teacher; highly recommended!

Amazing Amazing Amazing! Took a 4 month puppy in that wasn't responsive to the training we were trying to give him. 30 minutes with Anna and he was listening and having a good time doing it! Now we can take him to Bass Pro and TJ Maxx and not have to worry! Well worth it!
