When we adopted our first dog, Courtney, we knew nothing about training ourselves to train our dog. We were recommended to April, and the three of us learned more about each other than I thought imaginable!! Courtney is now a “grand dame” as she is over 12, but knows the rules. We have since added “Pepper” and have used what we learned from April to continue the legacy. Thank you April! You have a wonderful gift! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

April is amazing. She has given us hope when we thought there was none. We currently have an anxiety ridden two year old German Shepard that struggled to be around any dog. But our life suddenly changed when we took in a rescue German Shepard. We were so scared and stressed, then April came into our lives. She took so much time and patience to guide us day by day through the challenges we faced with our babies. April has a never ending amount of knowledge to share regardless of the behavior our dogs presented. I can’t thank April enough for her continued support. No trainer would take the time to personally text or call just to check in to see how everything was going...but April did. Thank you April for your support. We look forward to more training sessions and your useful Facebook videos.

Best dog whisper in the South West. She is remarkable. We could be more pleased with the positive results in our two amazing rescues. Highly recommend her classes. She’s just amazing wit dogs. Aside from her gift with our dogs she is so very sweet personable caring and dedicated. We think of her as family.

April literally changed our lives. We brought our Rottweiler to her who had bitten a dog trainer before. She was our only dog at the time and we were at our wits end thinking that we’d have to keep her away from other dogs and people for the rest of her life. April took her in for a week of intensive training, during that week she sent me videos of our dog GETTING ALONG WITH OTHER DOGS, it was amazing and I was so relieved. To (try) to make a long story short, over the following three years after that we continued our training with April, our dog went to multiple obedience classes and the changes in her as well as me as her owner learning how to handle my dog were very evident. Eventually we were able to rescue a second dog, something I never thought we’d be able to do and we were able to have her around people without having to worry. Right before we moved from NM we also got a third dog. We owe a lot to April and her training, I am so lucky to have found her.
