At Attention Dog Training

Best place for dog training! Knowledgeable staff that used force free techniques which I love. My dog was unfortunately trained in the past using physical discipline (avoid) and has shut down, scared to death, skiddish/fearful. Don’t waste money on board to train, not knowing what they are doing to your dog! At attention has shown me what I need to do to help resolve his issues and issues like walking nicely on a leash I wasn’t even thinking about. He’s doing so much better. Thank you!!!

I reached out to at attention dog training after learning about them through a local rescue. My main reason was for my dogs reactivity to seeing animals on TV or just passing by our home. He is in no way an aggressive dog, but he gets very excited/anxious when seeing other dogs in/ or near our home. I booked my 7 sessions with Alicia. She was always timely and very accommodating. Gizmo loved her immediately and it wasn't just because she was the "treat lady", she just has a way with dogs. Although I had initially reached out for reactivity , we went over more than what I had expected and I learned a whole lot from the experience. I want to note that consistency is key and it is a process for a dog. I do plan on booking future follow up trainings with her and highly recommend her. Thanks Alicia, Gizmo misses you already!

Believe all of the wonderful reviews about At Attention and especially Alicia! After working with multiple trainers that just gave a few tips and a "good luck!", it was so refreshing to have Alicia come into our home and walk us step-by-step through how to best help our girl Mollie. Alicia gave us a different perspective of how to view Mollie's unwanted protective behaviors, and the much needed confidence in hope for a less chaotic future. Alicia helped us work on guest protocols, guarding spaces, dog reactivity, and introduction to future doggie roommate.
