BEWARE - Do Not take your dog here. The communication was good until they received your money and dog. Our puppy stayed for 3 weeks. When I drove to pick him up, he was not fully trained. I was driving hours to come get him. I was asked to bring him back in 2 weeks, which we did and no one was there to meet us and no returned calls. I finally got through to Nancy 2 months later when the “trained” dog attacked in order to bring him back. She said she would call me right back, but Of course, no response again. This was a puppy that was taken to them... not an adult dog with years of issues!! Save your money because we feel we’ve been ripped off. I paid over $2k with little in return. I tried to get a partial refund, but no answer. Our attorney is now involved. Nancy doesn’t ever answer the phone and obviously this is not a good business or people. You should follow through with finishing the job you were paid to do. If not, it’s called theft.

I sent my 2 service dogs here for personal protection training and boarding for 4 weeks. I was told by Auburn that my dog would come home a whole new dog and we would work with him in my home after the 4 weeks. My shepherd mix has commands in german and my pit mix is in english. I contacted him on many occasions to check on them and give him their full list of commands they already knew. He only contacted me asking when he could charge my card. I called trying to check on them and he would never return my calls. I received one picture of my shepherd while he was gone and he was dirty and looked like he had not been brushed or bathed. I specifically requested they not be socialized with other dogs and they told me that was not an issue but i was later told that my dogs were "animal aggressive". They had came home underweight and skittish. Another "trainer" was demonstrating a method to deter my dog walking ahead of me, which he doesnt do, and she was "turning into him" but busting him in the face with her knee. There are so many things about this month long waste of money and unnecessary stress that was put on my working dogs. Auburn had even gotten my dog confused with another dog when i told him i was on the way to pick them up. I wasted $2000 on "personal protection" training that turned out to be someone using violent tactic to agitate my dog and kneeing him in the face, god knows what happened while they were there..please do your research and find another trainer to work with. I regret putting my dogs through the pain they went through.
