B.A.R.K. University is the premier place for dog training and dog boarding. We are situated 7 beautiful acres in Southampton. Our state of the art facility built in 2024 includes: a large training room with rubber flooring, stress-free boarding kennels, large outdoor yards with turf, an oversize play yard for socialization, woods for hiking and more! We live onsite to ensure 24/7 monitoring, as well as a full camera system within the facility for extra security measures. Owned by a veterinary technician and professional dog trainer, BARK U offers dogs an immersive experience for training with an "at home" feel. We provide luxury boarding accommodations, as well as medical boarding for those special pups who require a bit extra TLC.

B.A.R.K. Institute has helped us in training our rambunctious one year old Golden retriever. He had some behaviors that needed to be corrected since have very young grandchildren. The facility is very well kept and the grounds are conducive to a home setting. The staff is AMAZING and take an individual approach to your pet. We were so pleased that we decided to continue training for another week. I like that you can sign up for a refresher course at any time. Our pet is like family and I would entrust BARK Institute to care for hm!

I cannot say enough good things about the team at BARK! They have helped us tremendously with our dog, Drax. He was having a lot of reactivity to other dogs and issues with his furry brother at home that was creating a lot of anxiety and tension for us. We were hesitant to go through another training process after a bad experience with a previous trainer but I am so glad we did! The team really took the time to help address these concerns during his board and train program and gave us updates EVERY DAY (which put my mind at ease tremendously). We have seen so much improvement and are now able to enjoy him at home and out on walks! Thank you for treating Drax like family and helping us shape him into the best version of himself.

I was very nervous as this was the first time having to leave my two dogs with someone. My mind was put at ease after meeting the wonderfully pleasant staff. My dogs took to them great and that was a relief. I would absolutely recommend anyone seeking boarding or any of the other services they provide to do so.

Thank you so much for taking care of our beloved, aging Pandora! She seemed to have enjoyed herself. Actually whined the whole way back home. Something she’s never done before, she usually cries the whole way TO a kennel. It’s like she was sad to leave.😀
