Barking Hound Village Training

I can't say enough about how great our dog's training experience has been with Michael at Barking Hound Village Dog Training. After three months of training with another company and trainer, we didn't see much results with our puppy. Michael and Barking Hound Village were recommended by a friend who saw great results with her dog. With Michael and Barking Hound, we saw immediate results with our puppy. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, patient, positive, focused, and he goes above and beyond for his clients. His style and effectiveness with both owner and puppy is unmatched. We worked with Michael on our puppy's separation anxiety. When we started working with him we couldn't leave Ziggy home alone without him stressing out so much we came home to a puppy drenched in drool. Michael gave us exercises to work on with Ziggy. We were able to go from no time alone to being able to leave him for 9 hours over the course of 3 months. Michael showed us other things to help with Ziggy with his difficulty meeting strangers, meeting relatives and other new people in the house. We appreciated Michael's positive reinforcement techniques and his genuine care for Ziggy. He was always helpful when we had questions related to Ziggy's training even when we didn't have sessions coming up with him. We would work Michael again if we had any dog training or behavioral issues again.
