Best By Farr Dog Training

We have a 12 month old, working-line, male black lab who has a crazy amount of energy. He’s not fixed yet. He’s also our first dog and was ruining my life. After taking him for a walk (he’d bark aggressively at all people and dogs and he’s way too strong for me), I let him off his leash at an enclosed, isolated park and cried and then called multiple board and trains. (I had already had him in basic obedience classes which he passed because everyone does??) Chris was quick to respond and very professional. I was so impressed by him by just my phone call. He gave me a lot of hope. I signed up for the 3 week adult class and I CANNOT believe what a miracle worker Chris is. Literally everyone on our street (we moved) stares at him and compliments us on our obedient dog. On our last street the kids called him the scary dog and he was so aggressive towards our sweet, patient neighbors. The change is amazing. We can walk him anywhere and with anyone. We can take him to the lake and camping now. People can come over to our home now! And I bet my parents will eventually visit again because they were terrified of him. He makes us laugh and brings more joy into our home now. Our kids love him and I’m pretty sure he’s my husband’s best friend. He’s such a good boy! I’m seriously blown away. It’s such a night and day difference! We’re reluctant to get him neutered because we don’t want to change anything about him now! Our dog has become more affectionate and loving too. I think it’s because he knows his place or it could be because I finally like him now?? He’s enjoyable to have around! Every single day I am so grateful for Best by Farr and what a difference Chris has made in our lives! We would highly recommend him to everyone. Chris really knows what he’s doing. He’s a great dog AND human trainer. We are so impressed!

My family adopted a dog that had excessive energy, anxiety, and fear of strangers, but loves my two small children beyond compare. We decided to have him trained and went with Chris. We were not only treated with respect and courtesy, but had a completely transparent process. We knew when he would be going to training, how much it would cost, and what to expect when it was complete. Everything that was promised to us happened. The best part was the way Chris instructed ME. I am now better at communicating with my dog. His anxiety is vastly gone, and he knows how to control his energy when necessary (we still let him be a puppy if in a safe environment), and He even lets strangers pet him in public! I have spent the majority of my life with dogs around, and we now have the best dog I have ever had. Because of what Chris taught me and my family we are better for our dog as well. I would, and have, recommended Chris to anyone that wants to have an improved relationship with their dog.
